COMMUNIQUE
The President is pleased to
appoint the following:
1. Shri Justice Denkanikote
Vijayendraiah Shylendra Kumar and Shri Justice Patil Naganath
Kanteppa, Additional Judges of the Karnataka High Court, to be
Judges of the Karnataka High Court, in that order of seniority,
with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective
office; and
2. ( i ) Shri Korlagundi Ramanna,
(ii) Shri Makam Sathyanarayana Setty Rajendra Prasad, (iii) Shri
Kothandram Naidu Bhakthavatsala and (iv) Shri Shashidhar Bhimarao
Majage, to be Additional Judges of the Karnataka High Court, in
that order of seniority, for a period of two years each, with
effect from the date they assume charge of their respective office.
