PENSION SCHEME IN PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS

Central PSUs are also covered under
the Employees Pension Scheme, 1955 under the provisions of Employees
Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. No PSU
has been granted exemption from EPS, 95.
