Two plants are
being set up in the first phase – one at Nagloi, Delhi and the
other at Danapur, Bihar to launch Rail Neer (bottled water)
on Railways. The plant at Delhi has been commissioned and the
product will be available shortly in the Northern states of
the country after obtaining certification of BIS. The second
plant is under construction at Danapur.
Once the operation
of these two plants stabilizes, further expansion to other areas
will be contemplated in phases. At that stage, the issue of
establishing a plant in
Tamilnadu will
be examined.
