Hon’ble Justice S.N.Phukan
has assumed charge of the Justice S.N.Phukan Commission of Inquiry
appointed by the Government of India under the Commissions of
Inquiry Act, 1952 to inquire into certain allegations made
in the video tapes and transcripts released by tehelka.com.
The Commission will hold its first hearing tomorrow on February
28,2003 at 2.oo pm at Conference Room ‘E’, Vigyan Bhawan Annexe,
Maulana Azad Road, New Delhi 110011.
