In exercise of the powers conferred
by Sub-Section (1) of Section 100-A of the Constitution of Jammu
and Kashmir, the President is pleased to appoint (1) Shri Permod
Kohli and (2) Shri Yash Paul Nargotra, to be Additional Judges
of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir, in that order of seniority,
for a period of two years with effect from the date they assume
charge of their respective office.
