The Notice Inviting
Tender (NIT) for inviting bids in respect of Operation & Maintenance
of existing Village Public Telephones (VPTs) has been put up on
Department of Telecom’s (DoT) website www.dotindia.com
today. The sale of Tender Document alongwith Draft Contract (Agreement)
Document shall start on 10th February, 2003. These
shall also be available on the DoT website with effect from 10th
February, 2003 for information of all interested parties. The
sale of Tender Document shall close on 27th February,
2003 and last date for submission of bids shall be 10.30 hrs on
28th February, 2003. Queries for pre-bid conference
shall be accepted in writing from perspective bidders who have
purchased the Tender Document. The date for clarifications to
queries and other events shall be in accordance with the schedule
of Important Events as given in the Tender Document.
