MODERNIZATION OF DD KENDRAS
LOK SABHA
An amount of Rs.
319 crores has been provided in 10th Plan of Doordarshan
for modernization and digitalization of various Doordarshan Kendras
in the country.
Replying to a question
by Shri Sunder Lal Tiwari and Shri Satyavrat Chaturvedi in Lok
Sabha today, the Minister of Information & Broadcasting, Shri
Ravi Shankar Prasad told that Doordarshan Kendras at Bhopal, Gwalior
and Indore in Madhya Pradesh are proposed to be digitalized and
modernized in phases during the 10th Plan period.
