PM CONDOLES DEATH OF MAHANT RAMCHANDRA

The Prime
Minister, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee has condoled the death of
Mahant Ramchandra Paramhans. In a condolence message, Shri Vajpayee
said:
"The death of
Paramhansji has shocked me profoundly. He was extremely benevolent
towards me. When I was going on a foreign visit, he had specially
sent his blessings to me. Paramhansji was firm like a mountain
and affectionate like River Saryu. His contribution towards the
Shri Ramjanmabhoomi movement will be etched in golden letters.
I offer my humble tributes at his feet".
