VICE PRESIDENT GREETS PEOPLE ON MILAD-UN-NABI
Vice President of
India Shri Bhairon Singh Shekhawat, has conveyed his greetings
to the people on the occasion of Milad-Un-Nabi. He said
"I offer my greetings to the people of India especially Muslim
brethren on the joyous and auspicious occasion of Milad-Un-Nabi,
the day prophet Mohammad made his descent on earth.
Prophet Mohammad’s
message of brotherhood, righteousness, compassion and charity
is forever relevant, and has the power to free the mankind from
the shackles of moral decay, violence and ignorance.
On this occasion
let us imbibe the essence of his teachings for the larger good
of the society."
