VIJAY BHUSHAN TAKES OVER AS SECRETARY POSTS
Shri Vijay Bhushan,
a 1967 Batch Officer of the Indian Postal Service, took over as
Secretary Posts today. A Graduate from St. Stephens College, Shri
Bhushan did his M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics.
He has worked in the Cabinet Secretariat and Ministry of Health
and Family Welfare. He has been a UNDP Consultant to the Royal
Government of Bhutan in 1989. He has held many senior positions
in the Department of Posts and was Member Operations before assuming
charge as Secretary Posts.
