DATE OF FILING OF TAX
AUDIT REPORT U/S 44AB EXTENDED TILL 30TH NOVEMBER
The due date of filing
of tax audit report u/s 44AB of the Income tax Act, 1961, is extended
till 30.11.2003.
In continuation of
the order u/s 119(2)(a) dated 16.10.2003, it is further clarified
that the date for filing of returns in the case of partners, of
firms required to file audit report u/s 44AB, also stands extended
to 30.11.2003.
