The President of India
has been pleased to appoint Shri Surjit Singh Barnala, Governor
of Andhra Pradesh, to discharge the functions of the Governor
of Orissa, in addition to his own duties, during the absence on
leave, of Shri M.M. Rajendran, Governor of Orissa.
