The Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee is being handed over the Cheque by South African High Commissioner in India Ms. M.E. Nkoana Mashabene on behalf of Dr. Nelson Mandela towards ' Prime Minister's National Relief Fund' in New Delhi on April 30, 2001.
Dr. Mandela has donated the entire amout presented to him as part of Gandhi Peace Prize 2000.
