		An MoU on bilateral cooperation in the IT sector between India and Sri Lanka is signed in the presence of the Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka Mr. Ranil Wickremesinghe in New Delhi on March 01, 2003 (Saturday). The MoU is signed by the Minister for Communication and IT of Sri Lanka Mr. Milinda Moragoda and the Union Minister for Communication Shri Arun Shourie.
