		The Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee is presented a report on various issues pertaining to All India Civil Services by Lt. General Surender Nath in New Delhi on July 9, 2003 (Wednesday). An MoU for joint working collaboration between Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Railtel is signed in presence of the Union Minister for Communications Shri Arun Shourie and the Minister of Railways Shri Nitish Kumar in New Delhi on July 9, 2003 (Wednesday). The Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee is being received by the Union Minister for Human Resource Development Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi at the inaugural function of the New Delhi Conference on ' Dialogue Among Civilisations : Quest for New Perspectives' in New Delhi on July 9, 2003 (Wednesday).
