		The Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee is felicitated by a delegation of farmers led by the Union Agriculture Minister Shri Rajnath Singh for decision to reduce interest levied on loans availed by the farmers and for various other pro-farmer measures in New Delhi on July 27, 2003 (Sunday).
