The Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Making the Ist call to launch "Cellular Service Cell One" in Jammu and Kashmir on August 20, 2003 (Wednesday). The State run BSNL has been allowed to run Cellular Services, which will be launched in phases all over the State beginning with Srinagar, Jammu & Katra.
