OCCULTATION OF VENUS


There will be an occultation of Venus visible from India, on May 29, 2003. However, this will be a daytime event. Hence some skill or equipment will be needed to view this event.

Venus will move behind the thin crescent Moon and reappear from behind its other limb at the following times, as seen from various cities in India.
